Following the election, he filed legal claims against several individuals and political groups, accusing them of spreading false and damaging statements about him during the campaign.
The lawsuit targets current and former county officials, a local political leader, and various conservative organizations. Defendants argue the case is baseless and primarily motivated by Travis’s opposition to regional casino expansion.
Defendants’ Position on the Lawsuit’s Motive
