The company has purchased a 2.48-acre site along Las Vegas Boulevard, placing it in one of the city’s most rapidly evolving entertainment districts. The property, acquired for $12.5 million, is situated near Russell Road, close to iconic landmarks and upcoming major sports venues, including a new baseball stadium and basketball arena.
The new venue, named Top Gun Vegas, is being created in collaboration with Paramount. It aims to offer an immersive real-world experience that captures the excitement and adrenaline of the beloved movie franchise. Visitors can expect themed dining, retail outlets, and interactive attractions designed to fully immerse them in the Top Gun universe.
