A significant portion of this income, roughly 60% to 70%, stems from cabana rentals and VIP table minimums. Alcohol sales, which often have considerable markups, make up another 25% to 30% of the revenue. The remainder comes from entry fees and ticket sales.
During peak holiday weekends, minimum spending for premium cabanas can range from $5,000 to more than $20,000, depending on the entertainment. High-end liquor bottles that retail for a few hundred dollars are commonly priced between $600 and $1,000 or more inside these clubs. Unlike nightclubs that operate through extended hours, dayclubs concentrate their business within shorter timeframes, typically about six hours.
This focus on luxury and exclusivity, combined with limited operational hours and steady demand, makes dayclubs a reliable source of income. Additionally, these venues compete intensely by offering unique experiences, including celebrity collaborations, innovative multi-level designs, and premium culinary and beverage options.

These groups favor spending on memorable and immersive experiences over traditional entertainment like gambling or sightseeing.
