Honoring America’s 250th with Community Giving

To celebrate the 250th anniversary of America’s Independence Day, Resorts World committed to distributing $250,000 to 25 charitable groups across New York. This gesture reflects their commitment to community engagement and social responsibility.

The program opened applications between June 15 and June 29, attracting around 400 nonprofit contenders statewide. Winners were chosen through a random drawing process, with 15 organizations selected in New York City, 5 in the Hudson Valley, and another 5 in the Catskills region.

The announcement and drawing event took place at Resorts World Catskills in Monticello, where each of the 25 recipients received $10,000 to further their charitable missions.
