Asaf Noifeld Leaves Flutter Entertainment After Successful Tenure

Asaf Noifeld, who has been the managing director of casino operations at FanDuel, has announced his departure from Flutter Entertainment. After more than a decade with the company, Noifeld feels he has accomplished his goals and is ready to move on to new challenges.

Reflecting on a Rewarding Journey

In a LinkedIn announcement, Noifeld shared that his time with FanDuel and Flutter Entertainment has been filled with exciting experiences. Having spent 12 years with the organization, he believes now is the ideal time to pursue the next phase of his career.

Noifeld’s journey with Flutter began back in 2014 after a memorable cold call from Sam Hobcraft, the first managing director of PokerStars Casino. At the time, PokerStars was a private company focused solely on poker, but Hobcraft had ambitious plans to build one of the world’s largest online casinos from the ground up.

Initially skeptical, Noifeld soon realized the opportunity was too significant to pass up and considers joining the company a pivotal and positive decision in his career.

Growth Through Teamwork and International Experience

Throughout his years at Flutter, Noifeld grew both professionally and personally. He contributed to multiple brands and teams across various countries and relocated four times, including a move to the United States to join FanDuel.

This broad exposure helped Noifeld develop expertise in product development, strategic planning, leadership, growth management, and handling competitive pressure. Perhaps most importantly, he gained invaluable experience as a collaborative team player.

Noifeld expressed gratitude for working alongside outstanding leaders and colleagues, many of whom became close friends.

He also expressed pride in the progress FanDuel Casino has made during his tenure. Although he is stepping down, Noifeld will remain involved for a few months to ensure a smooth handover before embarking on his upcoming ventures.
