Kaizen Gaming, a prominent player in the GameTech industry, has announced the appointment of Vassilis Gavroglou as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In this vital role, Gavroglou will oversee the coordination and management of Kaizen’s diverse multinational workforce during this pivotal period of expansion.

On September 16, Kaizen Gaming revealed that Gavroglou will join their executive team to steer human resources initiatives as the company continues its swift rise. He will be responsible for guiding a team comprising approximately 27,000 employees representing over 40 nationalities across 19 countries.
Vassilis brings with him two decades of valuable experience spanning several sectors including energy, technology, banking, and consulting. His notable past roles include serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at Sunlight Group Energy Storage Systems, HR Executive Director at OTE Group, and Group HR Strategy Director at the National Bank of Greece.
Academically, he holds distinguished credentials from the Athens University of Economics and Business as well as the London School of Economics, underpinning his expertise.
