Robert Rippee’s career highlights include serving as senior vice president of marketing at the Las Vegas Sands Corporation, where he managed global brand development and customer acquisition for one of the largest hospitality and gaming companies worldwide.

In addition, Rippee has spent ten years as the executive director of UNLV’s Black Fire Innovation, steering one of the premier ecosystems for gaming and hospitality technology advancements.

His academic work at UNLV centers on gaming convergence, esports, and consumer behavior—areas that align closely with VIP Play’s goal of creating engaging, revenue-generating gaming platforms.
