Ovie Doro has been appointed as the Senior Vice President of Data, Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence, bringing significant expertise to the company.

The appointment was officially revealed on February 2, emphasizing Doro’s pivotal role in advancing Scientific Games’ growth and innovation strategies. In his new role, he will spearhead the expansion of SG Analytics, the division focused on enterprise-wide analytics solutions. His leadership will integrate deep knowledge, advanced intelligence tools, and data insights to enhance decision-making and boost the performance of the company’s lottery products.
Doro’s position is central to Scientific Games’ ambitions in data-driven AI development, aimed at creating state-of-the-art lottery games and technological advancements. His responsibilities will include transforming data into actionable insights across market intelligence, channel performance, competitive analysis, ROI and growth forecasting, as well as data engineering, science, machine learning, and standardized reporting and visualization.
Beyond analytics, Doro will play a crucial role in driving product growth, enabling personalized experiences, and optimizing engagement across multiple channels.

Scientific Games highlights Doro’s extensive background in analytics and machine learning, particularly within e-commerce. His career includes impactful roles at major firms such as InBev, Walmart, and Jet.com, where he contributed to business growth through innovative data strategies.
In his capacity as Senior Vice President, Doro will report directly to Carrie Galvin, Chief Transformation and Strategy Officer at Scientific Games. Galvin noted that Doro’s ability to convert data into actionable customer value will significantly strengthen the company’s offerings.
