Specifically, the plaintiff, Betty Ferlino, claims the casino failed in hiring, supervising, and managing its security personnel appropriately. The alleged attack occurred on November 15, 2025, when two individuals reportedly approached and physically assaulted her on the casino premises.

Ferlino is pursuing damages exceeding $15,000 for personal injuries. Additionally, she seeks compensation for medical costs incurred, as well as past and future losses related to household services, wages, earning capabilities, and compensation for physical and emotional suffering resulting from the incident.
