Mohegan Sun’s Summer Poker Tournament Launch

Mohegan Sun is gearing up to ignite the summer poker scene with its much-anticipated Summer Kickoff Poker Tournament. The event promises three days filled with thrilling Limit Hold’em action, beginning on Friday, June 12, and running through June 14. This tournament offers an excellent opportunity for poker enthusiasts to showcase their skills and compete for enticing prizes.

Tournament Details and Structure

The buy-in for the tournament is set at $400, with a guaranteed prize pool of $75,000 up for grabs. Players will start with a stack of 25,000 chips, and for an additional $10, participants can increase their starting chips by 5,000. Registrations will be available onsite in the Poker Room each morning, and newcomers are welcome to join until the beginning of the seventh level.

Beyond the Summer Kickoff, Mohegan Sun offers daily No Limit Texas Hold’em tournaments and exciting Bounty events. Adding to the excitement, Mohegan Sun Arena is preparing to celebrate its 25th anniversary with notable events. This November, the legendary Rock & Roll Hall of Fame band Metallica will make their debut performances at the venue on the 19th and 21st. The November 19 show will feature Suicidal Tendencies as a supporting act, while Spiritbox will join the November 21 performance.
