Kambi has brought on board Michelle Unsworth as their new Chief People Officer. In this role, she will lead the company’s global people strategy, focusing on talent acquisition, leadership development, and enhancing the overall employee experience.

Michelle Unsworth’s Extensive Leadership Experience

With two decades of leadership experience, Michelle Unsworth has built a robust career managing people operations and driving organizational transformation across various sectors including technology, travel, and entertainment. Most recently, she was the Vice President of People at Veriff, an online identity verification company, where she crafted the firm’s inaugural comprehensive people strategy.

Before Veriff, Unsworth spent nearly five years at Travelport. She began her tenure there as Senior People Director on a global scale and was later promoted to Vice President of People. Additionally, she held senior human resources positions at Expedia Group between August 2016 and November 2019, serving as HR Director for the EMEA region and later as Senior HR Director with a global focus. During her time at Expedia, she supported the company through phases of significant growth and restructuring.

Earlier in her career, from September 2012 to August 2016, Michelle contributed to The Walt Disney Company’s various divisions including licensing, sales, direct-to-consumer services, and Disney Channel operations, working as an HR Business Partner in the EMEA region as well as the UK and Ireland.
