Kaizen Gaming, a prominent player in gaming technology, has strengthened its sports trading and analytics prowess by acquiring GameplAI, a specialist in AI-driven sports trading and analytics. The terms of this deal have not been disclosed. This acquisition aims to enhance Kaizen’s abilities in sports trading, player market analysis, and performance insights.
Commitment to Innovation at the Core of the Acquisition
Kaizen revealed that the advanced features of GameplAI will be integrated into its flagship iGaming platform Betano, significantly boosting the platform’s proprietary technology in sports trading, player market offerings, and performance analytics. This move supports Kaizen’s objective to increase automation and elevate the sports betting experience for its international user base.
GameplAI will operate with a degree of independence within Kaizen, maintaining its B2B operations. Existing and prospective partners will continue to have access to GameplAI’s services.
The financial advisory for Kaizen in this transaction was provided by Tekkorp Capital, with Wiggin LLP serving as legal counsel.
New Opportunities for GameplAI Within Kaizen
Christos Tzalavras, Chief Product Officer at Kaizen Gaming, expressed strong support for the acquisition, highlighting it as an investment in technology and expertise for the future.
