JCM Global Installs Advanced Bill Validators at Gun Lake Casino Resort
JCM Global, a prominent leader in transaction and payment technology, has recently upgraded approximately 1,900 electronic gaming machines at Gun Lake Casino Resort in Wayland, Michigan. The casino has integrated JCM’s latest iVIZION bill validator technology to enhance security and reduce fraud risks across its gaming floor.
The iVIZION system is equipped with advanced Contact Image Sensor technology, which scans more data points with greater accuracy and speed compared to traditional bill validators. This upgrade represents a key advancement in the casino’s ongoing technology development strategy.
Gun Lake Casino Resort already utilizes other JCM Global products, including the GEN5 thermal printer and Intelligent Cash Box system, further demonstrating the casino’s confidence in JCM’s innovative solutions.
Louis VanBelkum, the casino’s director of slots, expressed enthusiasm about the widespread deployment of iVIZION units throughout the property. Dave Kubajak, JCM’s senior vice president of sales, marketing, and operations, also highlighted how this upgrade supports the casino’s goals of maximizing security, operational efficiency, and customer service excellence.
Recent Upgrade at Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino in California
This recent installation at Gun Lake follows JCM Global’s completion of a similar upgrade at Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino in California, where over 1,400 gaming machines have been fitted with the iVIZION bill validator. With this upgrade, the entire casino floor now benefits from the latest bill validation technology.
Sean Emel, director of slots at Chukchansi Gold, expressed satisfaction with the partnership, noting the casino’s long-standing relationship with JCM spanning more than 20 years. Emphasizing the provider’s commitment to innovation, he praised the technological enhancements brought by the new installation.
Dave Kubajak commented on the significance of the upgrade, stating that it solidifies Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino’s reputation as one of Central California’s premier gaming destinations. He noted that the casino has been recognized as the best in Central California for 18 consecutive years, crediting JCM’s ongoing support as a contributing factor to this success.
