Harrah’s Resort Southern California, operated by the Rincon Band of Luiseo Indians, is set to transform its High Limit Room with a $13.1 million upgrade scheduled for completion in June 2026.

This makeover aims to provide a more luxurious and private gaming environment designed specifically for high-stakes players seeking an elevated experience.

Enhancing the High Limit Experience

Jill Barrett, the senior vice president and general manager of the resort since September 2021, shared her enthusiasm about the project, emphasizing their commitment to not only raising the stakes but also enhancing every aspect of the gaming atmosphere for their VIP guests.

To bring this vision to life, the resort has partnered with JCJ Architecture and Swinerton. Their goal is to create an intimate and modern setting, blending comfort with sophistication.

The refurbishment will introduce fresh décor elements, including cutting-edge audio technology, large video walls, and energy-efficient LED lighting to craft a sleek, contemporary ambiance.

A new upscale bar will serve a curated selection of specialty spirits and rare bourbons such as Eagle Rare, Buffalo Trace OFC 25 Year, Traveller, and the resort’s exclusive Blanton’s Barrett. Guests can also enjoy handcrafted cocktails designed to complement the high-end environment.

Expanded Gaming Choices with New Machines

Gaming options will be significantly enhanced with the addition of 100 brand-new slot machines, including a dozen bar-top slots. Classic table games such as Double Deck Blackjack, Shoe Blackjack, Baccarat, and Pai Gow will also be featured within the updated space.

The layout and design focus on providing comfort and luxury, allowing players to easily flow between slot machines and table games in an inviting, upscale atmosphere.

For poker enthusiasts, the revamped High Limit Room will include an exclusive, refined lounge area where guests can unwind with specially selected beverages in a discreet and luxurious environment.

Rincon Tribe’s Commitment to Continuous Improvement

Steve Stallings, the newly elected chairman of the Rincon Tribe, expressed pride in the tribe’s ongoing efforts to enhance their gaming offerings. He highlighted the importance of continuing renovations that elevate guest experiences through innovative design and technology.

Stallings assumed leadership following the passing of longtime chairman Bo Mazzetti earlier this year.

In late 2023, the resort announced another major upgrade—a $24 million refurbishment of the Dive Inn Tower—which further solidifies its status as a premier destination for gaming, dining, and entertainment in Southern California.
