FanDuel, a leading online sportsbook, has welcomed Keith Whyte as their new responsible gaming strategic advisor. His joining coincides with Responsible Gaming Education Month in the United States, emphasizing FanDuel’s dedication to promoting safe and informed betting practices.
Keith Whyte’s Extensive Experience in Responsible Gaming
In his role, Whyte will support FanDuel’s efforts to enhance their responsible gaming programs. This includes identifying innovative ways to encourage safer gambling, strengthening partnerships within the industry, and organizing events that foster a culture of responsible play.
Whyte will also contribute to expanding FanDuel’s existing initiatives, providing expert guidance for the Trusted Voices: Conversations About Betting program. This initiative, in collaboration with EPIC Global Solutions and responsible gaming ambassadors Randy Livingston and Anita Ondine Smith, aims to equip parents, guardians, and educators with the tools to communicate the risks of gambling effectively to youth.
With over 30 years dedicated to responsible gaming, Whyte brings a wealth of knowledge to FanDuel. He is the founder and president of Safer Gambling Strategies and has spent 25 years leading the National Council on Problem Gambling as its executive director.
His vast experience makes him a valuable asset in advancing FanDuel’s responsible gaming mission.
