Bazaar Meat Restaurant Set to Reopen at The Venetian in Las Vegas

Reopening Announcement and New Location
The renowned Bazaar Meat restaurant, operated by the José Andrés Group, will reopen on September 4 at its new venue inside the Palazzo, part of the Venetian Resort in Las Vegas. This move follows the closure of its previous spot at the Sahara on July 31, 2025, as the restaurant prepares for its relocation.
Revamped Dining Experience with Familiar Favorites
Bazaar Meat’s new home will be on the lower level of the Palazzo, taking over the area once occupied by the Dal Toro Ristorante and its accompanying car museum. While the restaurant will introduce an updated interior design, it will retain its iconic live-fire grills which have become synonymous with its theatrical, meat-focused dining experience.
Many of the original team members are moving to the new location, ensuring returning guests will recognize familiar faces both in the kitchen and front of house. The restaurant will bring back its expansive tasting menus featuring signature dishes such as crispy caviar cones, beefsteak tartare, and the highlight, the Washugyu bone-in rib-eye, which combines the qualities of Japanese Tajima wagyu with Black Angus beef. Executive Chef Frank Medina is also preparing to unveil new creations crafted especially for the refreshed space.
The restaurant’s relocation to a more central area of the Strip places it nearer to the resort’s large convention facilities and the Sphere entertainment venue. With rumors circulating about Metallica’s possible concert residency at the Sphere in 2026, guests may soon enjoy world-class rock performances followed by exquisite steak dinners at Bazaar Meat.
Leadership Perspectives on the Move
Sam Bakhshandehpour, the global CEO of the José Andrés Group, expressed his belief that the changes within the Venetian will profoundly influence the Las Vegas food and beverage scene. He views the relocation as a timely step to be part of the city’s evolving hospitality landscape and to firmly position Bazaar Meat among the premier dining options at the property.
Chef José Andrés shared that Bazaar Meat holds a special place among his recommended restaurants, describing it as an extraordinary combination of fine dining and theatrical presentation celebrating meat lovers’ cuisine. He characterized the concept as “larger than life” and suggested the new Palazzo location will enhance this reputation, calling it “almost more Vegas than Vegas.”
Reservations are currently available for this upscale dining experience ahead of its official reopening at the Venetian on September 4.
