AskGamblers Complaint Service Records Over $74 Million in Recovered Funds

The AskGamblers Casino Complaint Service (AGCS), a platform dedicated to helping players resolve payment and dispute issues with online casinos, has successfully recovered a total of $74.3 million for its users.

Strong Growth in Player Fund Recoveries

Recent figures reveal that AGCS has secured $74,327,198 in funds for players. In the first quarter of 2025 alone, the service recovered $2,594,789, which represents almost 40% of the total amount recovered in the previous year within just three months. Additionally, the daily recovery rate has increased substantially, with AGCS now recovering about 53.8% more per day—approximately $28,947—compared to $18,827 per day throughout 2024.

In March 2025, AGCS crossed the $70 million mark in total recoveries, just over a year after surpassing $60 million. Last year, the service achieved weekly recoveries averaging $124,482 and monthly recoveries of roughly $539,421. One remarkable case involved helping a player retrieve $110,000 after the casino had indicated that the payout would take three years to complete.

Team Dedication Behind the Success

Danijela Pavlovic, the Customer Support Team Lead, explained that the AGCS was established in 2009 when the team identified widespread issues with players struggling to withdraw their winnings from online casinos. Since then, the team has diligently worked to resolve these cases.

Pavlovic highlighted the $110,000 payout case as an example of the commitment the team shows toward delivering straightforward and dedicated assistance to players. The number of complaints received grew by 28.57% last year compared to the previous year, with the team recovering an average of $18,000 daily for users worldwide across multiple languages and affiliate networks.

About the AskGamblers Casino Complaint Service

The AGCS functions as a free, neutral mediator between online casino players and gambling operators, focusing specifically on resolving disputes involving delayed, withheld, or unfairly seized funds. Founded in 2009, the service has processed over 30,000 complaints out of more than 93,000 submissions, successfully resolving over 23,000 cases.

To ensure trustworthiness and fairness, AGCS accepts complaints only against casinos that are reviewed and listed on the AskGamblers platform. Users are required to attempt resolving their issues directly with the casino before escalating the dispute to AGCS.

Each complaint is carefully evaluated based on factual evidence such as chat transcripts, emails, and screenshots. The service maintains strict guidelines, rejecting submissions that lack necessary details, contain offensive language, are duplicates, or involve clear breaches of casino terms by the player.
