Michael Daly joined Aristocrat’s global division in September as the SVP responsible for business development and strategic execution. He is based in Las Vegas and is focused on driving the company’s growth and strategic initiatives worldwide.

In his new role, Daly is committed to leading efforts to expand Aristocrat’s business development strategies and enhance the customer experience. His mission includes creating superior customer engagement journeys to attract new clients, while also renewing and expanding relationships with existing partners.

Michael Daly’s Extensive Experience in the Gaming Industry
Michael Daly brings a wealth of experience from his previous roles in the gaming sector. He spent six years at Catena Media, a leading gaming affiliate company, where he started as General Manager for the US market. He advanced to General Manager for the Americas and eventually became Vice President for North America. From March 2021 to March 2024, Daly served as CEO of Catena Media, steering the company through significant restructuring to address debt issues and strengthen weaker regions, while integrating advanced AI technologies.
Earlier, Daly spent six years with Bally’s, one of the prominent casino and hospitality operators, holding various senior roles including Senior Product Manager, Senior Director of Field Operations, Business Development, and leading their Interactive division.
His career also includes key leadership roles such as Vice President of Online Gaming at SHFL Entertainment and Executive Vice President at GAN. Moreover, Daly has worked as a gaming consultant, advising a diverse range of gaming and media organizations on expanding their presence in North America and beyond.
