Apple iSports Enhances Growth Strategy Through Acquisition
Apple iSports, a rising provider in gaming, entertainment, and technology services, has revealed plans to acquire LBC Enterprises, a company specializing in online gaming, betting, and payment systems. This strategic move is designed to strengthen Apple iSports’ footprint in the United States market.
About LBC Enterprises and the Acquisition Details
Located in Queensland, Australia, LBC Enterprises is a renowned name in gaming and fintech, operating the Lucky Bet brand — a digital-focused casino and sportsbook targeting expansion across various key regions. Apple iSports’ leadership has fully endorsed the acquisition, which involves purchasing all shares of LBC Enterprises. The transaction is expected to finalize in the third quarter of 2025, pending regulatory approvals and other conditions.
Following the acquisition, LBC will maintain its branding and operations with Ian Parke continuing as CEO. Alongside him, several LBC executives will join the Apple iSports board, lending their expertise to guide the company’s future growth.
This acquisition not only accelerates Apple iSports’ expansion in the US but also underscores the company’s capacity to carry out significant strategic transactions aligned with their overarching business objectives.
Leadership Insights on the Acquisition
Joe Martinez, Apple iSports’ chairman and CEO, expressed optimism about the pending deal, highlighting its potential to substantially boost the company’s presence in regulated gaming markets. Board member Lyndon Hsu shared this enthusiasm, noting that the acquisition will expand Apple iSports’ business-to-business and business-to-consumer operations while supporting capital fundraising for future acquisitions.
Hsu also emphasized the company’s ambitions to join the NASDAQ mainboard as part of its growth trajectory.
From LBC’s side, CEO Ian Parke welcomed the transaction, stating it affirms the vast potential they see in tech-driven, regulated gaming worldwide. He explained that combining LBC’s platform and operational strengths with Apple iSports’ market position and distribution will accelerate market expansion and the growth of Lucky Bet’s white-label program, marking a significant milestone for the entire LBC ecosystem.
