Bob Jones

Bob Jones is thrilled to be reporting in his hometown.

Bob grew up in Euclid and graduated from Euclid High School. He is also a graduate of Bowling Green State University.

For 13 years, Bob reported at WTOL-TV in Toledo where he won several awards for his reports including "Best Enterprising Reporter" from the Associated Press.

In October of 2006, he started working as a general assignment reporter for NewsChannel 5.

Bob is a diehard Indians, Browns, Cavs and Buckeyes fans. He says one of the best moments of his life was witnessing the Bucks win the 2002 National Championship in Tempe, Arizona.

When he's not reporting on stories that affect Northeast Ohioans, Bob enjoys spending time with wife and daughter. His hobbies include running, volleyball and golf.
