SEVEN TIME EMMY® AWARD WINNER

Since its return to NewsChannel 5 in 2003, Academic Challenge has been honored with seven regional Emmy® Awards and nine Emmy® nominations. For the 2007-2008 season, not only did the program celebrate its 40th year on WEWS, but Academic Challenge was honored as Best Regularly Scheduled Children/Youth Program by the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences – Lower Great Lakes chapter.
