Some dire predictions were just released Wednesday about the state of health care down the road.

The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation said the number of uninsured Americans could reach almost 66 million within 10 years if no reform takes place.

The same research shows that if economic conditions don't improve, Ohio families would see nearly a 59-percent increase in the cost of their own care by the year 2019.

The study does not address what kind of reform would have the most positive impact, only that reform is needed.
