Web Sites List Black Friday Deals

Northeast Ohio stores are beginning to prepare for what's expected to be a very weak holiday season.

The good news: You should find more markdowns than usual as stores try to sell merchandise they over-ordered in the spring.

Kmart has already begun its Thanksgiving sale, and Web sites are already listing where deals are the day after Thanksgiving.

The sites BlackFriday.info, Blackfriday.gottadeal.com and Black-Friday.net lists deals at stores such as Toys R Us, Sears, Best Buy, KB Toys and others.

JCPenney is offering a wake up call to those who register their mobile phone. You'll get a call the day after Thanksgiving to remind you of all the deals.

Sears is launching "Sears2go," for cell phone users, who want to text in their orders, do product searches or find special offers.

If you're worried that prices will drop after you buy. Ask your retailer about "guaranteed low-price policies". A lot of stores will refund you the difference if your item goes on sale 7 to 15 days after purchase.

And remember a lot of big ticket items come in limited quantities and typically they do not offer rain checks.

Remember to always check the return policy and research the items before you head to the store. Read customer reviews to see what other people are saying about the products.
