BROOKLYN, Ohio - A couple is dead from gunshot wounds to the head in what the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner has deemed a suspected murder-suicide at a Brooklyn home.
Husband and wife Michael Incorvia, 29, and Candice R. Incorvia, 31, were found dead at a Summer Lane home just before midnight Thursday.
The Brooklyn Police Department reported Friday that they responded to the home after an 11:39 p.m. complaint from a resident of the home of shots fired in the basement.
They said that the two appeared to have died of gunshot wounds to the head.
The 9-1-1 caller said that the two were arguing about a divorce when the gunshots were heard, and that police had been called for their fighting before but Michael Incorvia had never hit Candice Incorvia.
Cuyahoga County Court records indicate that the two were married in 2005 and property records indicate that they bought the home on Summer Lane in 2006.
Earlier this month police were called to the home by Michael Incorvia because he said Candice Invcorvia had not let him into their home for two days. The police report does not indicate how the situation was resolved.
No further details have been released.
