Breaking down northeast Ohio's severe weather chances hour-by-hour

CLEVELAND - Power of 5 Meteorologist Tera Blake is tracking the rain and storms hour-by-hour for your Tuesday.

Morning showers start the day as a warm front and cold front move in from the south and west.

If enough sun can shine between our rain chances, we could see a line of strong to severe storms later today.

The highest chance for severe weather is from 2 p.m. until 6 p.m. 

Tornado chances are very low.

Today, the main threat would be hail and damaging wind gusts. 

Rainfall amounts will be higher in the locations who see the thunderstorms but on average you can expect to see 0.50"-1.00" total today.
