Our next storm system is approaching quickly from the west. Before it arrives, expect a brisk southwest wind gusting to near 40mph this afternoon. Temperatures are also drastically warmer than the past week or so. With the help of a few peeks of sunshine, afternoon highs will be in the middle 70s. The warmth and increase in humidity will fuel the development of storms this afternoon and evening also.

Most of your afternoon will be dry but as the cold front slides closer, storms will move in. The Browns game will at least start dry, windy but dry. Between 3 and 5 pm we will start to see a few storms spark in our western counties. Expect scattered storms to continue to develop and push through NE Ohio through sunset and into the overnight hours.

The storms will push east by Monday morning but showers will linger through the first half of Monday. Might want to plan for some extra time on your commute back to work. Temperatures will level ovv in the upper 50s and lower 60s through much of next week with more unsettled weather returning to Ohio the second half of next week.
