CLEVELAND - 10:00 pm Update: High clouds are flowing in from the west now. Skies will be partly to mostly cloudy all evening long. Temperatures have struggled to get up into the 40s today. Thermometer readings will most likely hover around 40 degrees for much of the night as some milder air moves in from the southwest. The nearest rain showers are over Southern Lower Michigan and Indiana now. A few isolated showers are possible by dawn along the US Route 30 corridor from Mansfield to Canton. For the rest of us, the threat for rain is slim to none tonight.
Friday will be cloudy all day, with scattered showers moving in from south to north during the day. Areas along and south of US Route 224 stand to see the most rain during the day, up to 1/2-inch by evening. Highs will climb into the middle and upper 40s.
Scattered showers will continue Friday night as a wave of low pressure slides east across the area. Lows will hover in the 40s. Rain should end quickly early Saturday morning, allowing for several hours of dry weather during the heart of your Saturday. We could even see the sun break out for several hours during the afternoon! With the cold front settling south of us during the day, cool temperatures are expected. highs will climb into the lower 40s during the day.
Another round of rain is likely during the day on Sunday. That means pack the rain gear for the Browns Game! Highs will climb back into the 40s.
12:36 pm Update: High clouds are moving in from the west. Despite the clouds, we'll still warm into the 40s this afternoon. The rain will hold off until Friday so no umbrellas needed today!
9:00 a.m. Update: After a frosty start, temperatures will warm to 40 degrees by noon. Highs will hit the mid-40s later today under mostly sunny skies.
Rain will hold off until Friday afternoon in southern counties. Rain will arrive Friday evening in counties along the lake.
It's a cold start with lows in the mid-20s! Quite a chance from two days ago. Expect mostly clear skies this morning.

Rain stays mainly south through noon Friday. An approaching cold front will increase our chance of light rain across Northeast Ohio by Friday evening.
Rain continues at times through Saturday morning as the cold front stalls over Central Ohio. Most of Saturday afternoon and evening will be dry.
The front moves north as a warm front Sunday, boosting highs to the low 50s. A stronger cold front will quickly follow Monday, knocking highs to the 30s by Tuesday. Lake effect snow showers are possible Tuesday.
