Forecast: Increasing clouds tonight along with scattered rain showers after midnight

11:00 p.m. Update: Clouds are rolling in and rain will shortly follow. Expect light rain showers overnight tonight at temps drop into the lower 40s. The latest models are pushing this rain out shortly after sunrise. Expect a partly sunny Friday with a cool north breeze.

7:31 p.m. Update: Temps are dropping quickly as we head into the evening. Increasing clouds will slow this cool down but temps will still drop into the lower 40s overnight. The rain is still likely to approach the lake shore closer to midnight and slowly push south through early Friday. 

4:34 p.m. Update: It's days like these that make fall in Ohio so gorgeous. The best recipe for bright fall colors is sunny days and cloudy nights, which is what we have in the forecast. An approaching cold front will bring clouds into our sky over night along with scattered showers. Expect the rain to start closer to midnight and be wrapping up by sunrise. Throughout your Friday morning we will see the sunshine return as temps warm back into the lower 50s. 

Much warmer air will push in for the weekend as some spots jump into the 60s to near 70. With the warmth comes storms though. We will have to watch the weekend forecast closely, Sunday looks to be the stormy day out of the weekend.

High pressure over eastern Ohio will keep the sky sunny and temperatures mild. Southwesterly winds will pick up this afternoon, boosting high temperatures to 58 degrees.

Expect dry and cool weather for Thursday night football games. Temperatures will drop to the low 50s by 7 p.m.

Clouds increase tonight ahead of our next cold front. Overnight lows will be slightly warmer, near 40 degrees.

Light rain arrives along the front during the morning rush Friday and quickly moves south. We'll be back to mainly clear skies for Friday evening and the football forecast looks great! 

A warm front lifts north Saturday, allowing temperatures to jump to the mid-60s. It will be breezy as warmer air arrives from the south. A strong cold front will follow Sunday triggering scattered showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening. Sunday's highs will hit 70 degrees.
