CLEVELAND - Update 9:30 Forecast models have some disagreement about our chances for rain on Sunday. At this point, showers (if any) will be late in the day, probably overnight. Saturday evening remains on track for showers around 5 or 6 pm. It'll be a short event with most of the rain exiting by 9pm.
Update 5:00 PM I'm Power of Five Meteorologist Elisa Malinovitz with continuing coverage of our forecast. Mostly clear skies for tonight with clouds moving in Saturday morning. It'll stay cloudy for most of the day before rain moves in early Saturday evening. Temperatures will remain warm with a high on Saturday near 50 degrees. Sunday will be mostly cloudy, with rain moving in late in the day. Timing of the rain is questionable, but at this point it looks like the Browns game will be dry. If any rain occurs it will be late in the game.
Noon Update: If you missed the International Space Station fly over last night, you have another chance to catch it tonight! Look in the southwest sky at 5:45 p.m. Track the Space Station directly overhead at 5:48 p.m. and toward the east northeast at 5:51 p.m. It will move quickly and be very bright. You can't confuse it with a plane because it doesn't blink. Good luck!
A few high clouds are passing overhead this morning. Temperatures are much warmer than yesterday, in the low 30s.
Another day of full sunshine is expected as high pressure moves east. Southerly winds will boost temperatures to the mid-40s.
Clear skies stick around this evening with temperatures hovering near 40 degrees for evening activities.
High clouds increase overnight ahead of low pressure. Although we'll start out dry Saturday, clouds will thicken throughout the day. Scattered areas of rain are possible after 5 p.m. Rain will move west to east through the evening with temperatures in the upper 40s.
I can't rule out a few showers Sunday morning and afternoon for the last Browns home game. Temperatures will be mild, in the low 50s.
After a mainly dry start to next week, a few snow showers will sneak in the forecast east of Cleveland Tuesday. Temperatures will drop to the upper 30s and low 40s.
