Forecast: More snow in the forecast on your Sunday and Monday

CLEVELAND - Follow Jason on Facebook and Twitter . You can post photos and submit your snowfall reports!

Lake Effect Snow Warning in effect for Lake, Ashtabula and Geauga counties until Tuesday morning. Gusty west winds will likely fuel one main band of heavy snow. Where the band persists, 6-10+" will likely fall.

Winter Weather Advisory in effect across the far south for Tuscarawas county from 9am Monday through 6am Tuesday. 2 - 4 inches of snow is likely.

A few bands of snow are setting up along the lakeshore and should continue to move east and inland. Expect a quick inch or so of snow.

I expect only an inch or 2 of snow by tonight... with another inch or so overnight. More snow will fall in our snow belt, where some spots could see 2-5 inches by Monday morning.

Current temps are in the upper teens and may sneak into the low 20s. Same story on Monday with better snow chances for everyone. We should all see a general 2 - 4 inches of snow during the day Monday.

Afternoon Update: Temperatures are holding slowly warming into the lower 20s through the afternoon and will top out near 21º. Plan on wind chills hovering in the single digits. On top of the cold air, more snow is likely. Our next clipper will be pushing into northern Ohio this afternoon. Expect up to another 2" with this snow. IF you are driving anywhere for the Super Bowl and its festivities, plan on snow. Take your time and be safe on the roads. There could be a lot of people out and about today.

Another clipper is set to arrive Monday - and that will be a lot like the one we saw Saturday, with a good bet at 2-4 inches of snow, with more in the snow belt.

Our next quick moving clipper will push through Ohio today. Compared to Saturday's clipper, this one isn't nearly as organized. That means instead of 3-5" of new snow, we'll likely pick up less than 2" area-wide. That is still enough to make a mess on the roads. Briefly moderate snow will drop visibility in spots and could put a quick coat on the roads. Be sure to add extra time to your drive this afternoon and plan for the snow.

Along with the snow today, temperatures are staying cold. We'll keep high temperatures in the lower 20s this afternoon. Some areas west of I-77 will hold in the upper teens. That, plus a breezy west wind and wind chills will be in the single digits through the day. Be sure if you are going out and plan on being outside for longer than a couple minutes, you will need to dress in layers. This cold wind blows right through thin clothes.

Today's clipper should push out after sunset and I expect a mainly snow-free night. This will only be a short break between clippers though because by midday Monday our next system will be pushing in. Monday's snow will be much more organized so another 2-4" area-wide is likely.

We will dry out and warm up a bit by Wednesday as temps jump into the 30s. Don't expect it to stick around though, another winter storms is possible by Friday and into the weekend. This one could be a widespread heavy snow producer. For now the models are still unsure on the intensity so I won't mention amounts but plan on another winter-like, snowy weekend next week.
