8:00 pm Update: Last few hours of warm, dry weather! Mild temperatures will remain in place tonight. Low temperatures will drop down to near 60 by the morning rush hour Friday.
The cold front arrives during the morning rush hour Friday. All the rain is behind the front, so our morning commute should dry. Rain showers will move in by late morning or early afternoon. High temperatures may recover into the lower and middle 60s by lunchtime, but will quickly fall back thru the 50s during the mid to late afternoon hours.
Friday night looks soggy! More scattered showers for Friday night high school football and the rain will continue on-and-off all night long. Some areas could easily see an inch or more of rain by noon on Saturday. Lows Friday drop into the middle 40s.
Rain should taper off from northwest to southeast during the day Saturday. Highs will stuggle to reach back up to near 50 during the afternoon.
A few lingering showers are possible for the Browns game Sunday. Dress warmly. high temperatures to end the weekend will only top out in the middle and upper 50s.
4:00 pm Update: RECORDS FALL IN TODAY'S HEAT. Youngstown set a new record high today of 80 degrees, breaking the old record of 79 set on this date back in 1963. Akron & Canton tied their record high of 79 degrees set back in 1963.
12:31 pm Update: Temperatures are still climbing on the Thursday afternoon. Lower and middle 70s right now and another 5-6º is likely before we stop warming up. Our next cold front swoops through tomorrow keeping us in the 60s with clouds and rain . Look like we stay in the 40s through the weekend.

It's October 25, but it will feel more like summer as highs jump to near 80 degrees under sunny skies. Our average high temperature for this time of the year is 59 degrees!

High pressure will keep the sky clear tonight with lows in the upper 50s.
After a sunny start Friday, expect increasing high clouds from the west as a cold front approaches from the northwest. Showers will arrive late in the evening followed by scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms Saturday.
Temperatures will drop to 65 degrees Friday and the upper 40s Saturday and Sunday. Chilly weather for the Browns Sunday afternoon! A few lake effect rain showers are possible during the game.
Next week will start off dry and chilly, but Hurricane Sandy will complicate the forecast with rain and possible snow showers by next Tuesday and Wednesday. It's still way too early to nail down details, but we'll be watching this closely!
