10:00 pm Update: Isolated rain showers now confined to areas east of Interstate 77. Temperatures are slowly falling back into the upper 40s.

Lows tonight will drop down to between 35 & 40 degrees. Skies should gradually become partly cloudy after midnight.

Tuesday looks cool & dry. Sunshine will mix with a few clouds during the day. High temperatures will climb back up into the upper 50s.

Wednesday will be the warmest day of the week. With a southerly wind flow setting up during the day, I expect high temperatures to reach into the lower 70s in many spots. The morning will start out sunny with scattered clouds increasing during the afternoon.

Rain showers arrive early Thursday morning with a cold front. Showers could linger thru the Thursday morning rush hour. Drier air should arrive for the afternoon. High temperatures will cool down again into the middle 50s.

5:00 pm Update: Still some light rain and sprinkles area-wide. Expect an isolated showers thru the evening hours. If your headed outside, grab the warm coats. Temperatures will fall into the 40s by 8pm.

3:45 pm Update: Widely scattered rain showers continue to shift east through our area now. Most of the rain is along and south of a line from near Burton (Geauga Co.) to Medina to Mansfield. These showers will shift east of the region by the end of this evening, allowing for dry conditions the rest of the overnight. Evening temperatures will hang in the upper 40s and lower 50s thru 7pm. Low temperatures tonight will drop into the 35 to 40 degree range.

12:32 pm Update: Temperatures are staying in the lower and middle 50s this afternoon thanks to clouds, rain and a breezy west wind. Expect light and moderate rain to continue through the afternoon before drying out this evening.

As our weekend storms system slowly pushes east, expect a much less active weather forecast. Winds will still be breezy but gusts will top out closer to 30mph instead of 45. Along with the wind, clouds will stay on the thick side with rain passing through. Expect a return of raindrops closer to the noon hour that will last through sunset. It won't be a washout of a day but scattered light/moderate rain will be the trend this afternoon.

Overnight, dry air pushes in and the winds back off to about 5-10 mph. This will allow temps to drop into the lower 40s to start your Tuesday. Sunshine returns Tuesday afternoon though and brings a return to warmer air. After a chilly start, Tuesday's high temperatures will be in the upper 50s to near 60. Looks like a few areas will even hit 70º Wednesday before our next storm system arrives Thursday morning.
