AKRON, Ohio -- A man wanted in connection with two Akron robberies involving taxi drivers was arrested Tuesday morning in Mississippi.

The U.S. marshals arrested Cecil Walker without incident in Meridian, Miss. He was wanted on four counts of aggravated robbery and two counts of kidnapping.

Authorities said that in one of the robberies, Walker ordered the driver out of the cab and gunpoint and duct taped the victim's ankles, wrists and mouth before fleeing.

Walker is awaiting extradition to Ohio.
