CLEVELAND -- Jeffrey Bauer was sentenced to six months in prison in connection with an Ohio Department of Transportation case in court Tuesday.Bauer, 42, was one of nine charged with using a variety of scams illegally steering ODOT contracts and business to friends and associates from 2000 to 2007.Bauer pleaded guilty to one count of bribery and one count of attempting to tamper with records.Bauer was also ordered to pay $5,000 in restitution to ODOT and was fined $3,000.
