Funeral Services Set For Mail Carrier

Charges have been filed in the case a mail carrier who was slain last week.

Daniel Kondas, 53, was shot while delivering mail on his route in Maple Heights.

Randie Winston was charged with aggravated murder, aggravated robbery, kidnapping and having weapons while on probation. He faces the death penalty.

He is set to appear in court at 10 a.m. Wednesday.

Meanwhile, funeral services have been set. Calling hours will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Rybicki and Son Funeral Home.

The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. at St. Monica Church.
