The Ohio Attorney General's Office filed a lawsuit against a contractor accused of taking $26,000 from a Summit County family.

Troubleshooter Joe Pagonakis first reported the case of Ed Danczak last August.

Bill and Denise Angus said they hired Danczak to install a pool, but all they got was an empty muddy hole.

The Troubleshooter team took the case to the Attorney General's Office, which filed the lawsuit Thursday seeking full restitution of the pool payment, $25,000 in fines and an order to stop his deceptive business practices.
