We deal with primarily consumer issues, usually involving, but not limited to, the purchase of goods and services by individuals.Are there problems that the Troubleshooter Team won't handle?
Yes. We do not handle child custody cases, divorce disputes, criminal cases, legal issues, medical malpractice situations or civil rights violations. We also cannot offer legal advice. We can, however, refer you to an agency that might be better suited to help. While it doesn't work every time, we often are successful in helping you get a full or partial resolution to your problem or concern. Please remember, we are not lawyers and we have no legal authority to force any action.
