Allstate releases 'America's Best Drivers Report' for 2014

Cleveland falls 40 spots from 2013

Cleveland may be one of the safest cities to live in, however the city is falling in the rankings of safest cities to drive in.

According to "America's Best Drivers Report ", released by Allstate, Cleveland was ranked the 98th safest driving city, falling 40 spots from 2013.

The report ranks cities based on population, weather conditions and city density.

The average number of years between accidents is just over nine years for Cleveland, according to Allstate.

When the insurance company began generating the reports in 2006, Cleveland was ranked 33rd.
