CLEVELAND -- The RTA said it is going to suspend service on the Waterfront Line for three weeks in order to perform maintenance.Service will be suspended Oct. 5 through Oct. 24 between Tower City and the South Harbor Station in the Municipal Lot, by the Shoreway.The Browns will not be playing at home during this time so service on game days will not be disrupted.
