CLEVELAND -- Cleveland Browns quarterback Brady Quinn has a small fracture on the index finger on his throwing hand.He is still expected to play in Sunday's game.He will wear a splint when he is not playing.He hit his hand on someone's helmet during the Bills game Monday night.Check back for updates.
