Police are asking citizens who believe missing persons may be connected to the Anthony Sowell investigation to go the Fourth District Police Headquarters to file a report.

Reports had previously been taken at a command post set up at East 123rd and Soika Avenue. That post has been closed effective Sunday morning.

The Fourth District Headquarters is located at 9333 Kinsman Avenue. It's open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily.

Those filing reports are asked to bring along a photo and biographical information related to any missing person.

A detective will handle reports and interview people about missing persons suspected to be connected to Anthony Sowell investigation.

Sowell, a convicted rapist, was arrested Saturday afternoon by police on Mount Auburn Avenue.

Authorities found six decomposing bodies at his Imperial Avenue home after attempting to serve a warrant on him. The Cuyahoga County Coroner's Office said that the victims appear to have been all female and they were strangled.

Their decomposing bodies could have by lying at the Imperial Avenue for weeks, if not months or years, a spokesman said.
