ALLIANCE, Ohio -- Alliance detectives arrested two women in connection with the death of an underage drinker.Misty Goodwin and Lori Osterland were charged with involuntary manslaughter and furnishing liquor to an underage person.Police said the body of 20-year-old Carri Goodwin was discovered in the women's car in February.A coroner ruled her death was from alcohol intoxication and hypothermia.
