On Thursday, Nov. 12, the Women of Color Foundation will hold its fourth annual Training and Leadership Development Institute and Awards Luncheon called "Women and Leadership…Preparing for the Future Now!"

WEWS is a proud sponsor of the event, which will be held at the Forum Conference Center on East 9th Street in Cleveland.

The event is held to facilitate the collaboration, networking, mentoring, sharing, education, leadership development and training of women and girls of all colors and to present the 2009 Professional Women of the Year awards.

U.S. Rep. Marcia J. Fudge will be named Woman of the Year.

The luncheon will take place from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and tickets are $50 per person.
