Ohio gets set for the Tough Mudder

CLEVELAND - Northeast Ohio is getting set to welcome the Tough Mudder event to the area.

It takes place on Saturday May 17th and Sunday May 18th at the Mansfield airport.

According to Alex Patterson, Tough mudder provides the biggest and baddest obstacles without providing runners the pressure of a race competition. Participants are allowed as much time as needed to complete the ten mile course.

The Tough Mudder event also raises money for the Wounded Warrior Project.

The Saturday session is sold out, but spots are still available for Sunday.

People who want to watch but not participate can get a spectator ticket for twenty dollars.

Power of 5 Forecaster Trent Magill will participate in the event on May 17th.
