CLEVELAND, Ohio - Winning is a tradition for the Villa Angela St. Joseph basketball program. Junior Jeff Grudzinski is that student-athlete with that winning way that helped the Vikings be state qualifier for the second time in two years.
"He's a great athlete he gives us great energy of the bench. And due to his intelligence he is a very cerebral kid and he makes the right play at the right time," said head basketball coach Babe Kwasniak.
If you think he's only a basketball player, think again. He's also a good golfer and a great baseball player. But as a member of National Honor Society with a 4.7 grade point average, he is even a better student.
"I think it's really important to be multi-dimensional playing sports help me achieve that but getting good grades is the most important thing. I just really like being a good role model student in the classroom and out of the classroom to," said Jeff.
