East Canton senior Natalie Spitale is captain of the school's volleyball team. She received first-team All-Stark County honors and second-team All-IVC as a junior. She also is on the school's honor roll for her academic accomplishments.
"You face a lot of obstacles and challenges along the way but there is nothing you can't work through and learn from," Spitale explained.
Spitale is pursuing playing volleyball at the collegiate level.
