CLEVELAND - Employees and patrons at Las Vegas' Planet Hollywood Casino told USA Today that they spotted Johnny Manziel playing blackjack and paying with cash Saturday.
The embattled Browns quarterback has been warned by the Browns about his "off-field issues" and was briefly demoted to third-string quarterback earlier this season after another party video surfaced on social media.
Manziel has had considerable drama in the spotlight, including a stint in rehab, social media posts depicting him partying and an encounter with police during which he told them he and his girlfriend were fighting in a car in Avon.

Manziel was placed in concussion protocol Tuesday and will not play in the season finale against the Steelers.
USA Today reports that Manziel paid for dinner in cash and then sat down at the blackjack table, where a casino employee checking his ID said, "We've got Johnny Manziel with us tonight."
Later Manziel posted a photo to Instagram with his dog and added the location "Avon, Ohio."
