After winning three games in the 2015 season, it's only logical to assume that change is coming to the Browns front office.
Several publications are reporting that Mike Pettine and perhaps Ray Farmer will be shown the door after Sunday's game against the Pittsburgh Steelers, and it wouldn't necessarily be a surprise.
The Browns have fired four coaches in the past 10 years: Romeo Crennel in 2008, Eric Mangini in 2011, Pat Shurmur in 2012 and Rob Chudzinski in 2013. All these firings followed big losses in the season finale against the Steelers.
"Browns owner Jimmy Haslam has already made the decision to fire coach Mike Pettine, multiple sources say, and it is likely general manager Ray Farmer will be shown the door, as well," wrote Ian Rappoport at NFL.com. Jason Cole of Bleacher Report and Mary Kay Cabot from Cleveland.com have reported similar news.
Last week, ESPN predicted that Farmer would be let go but Pettine would stay.
