Johnny Manziel isn't currently signed on with any team in the National Football League. But that doesn't mean the league isn't trying to help him get his life back on track.

NFL executive vice president of football operations Troy Vincent said on The Rob Maaddi Show on 610 Sports ESPN Radio Tuesday that the league is willing to help him...if he accepts it.

“It’s what you go to bed every night thinking how do you assist someone that’s really not interested or quite frankly doesn’t want to meet you halfway,” Vincent said, according to FOXSports.

This comes the same day the embattled quarterback was spotted in Cabo San Lucas. He posted a photo on Instagram, doing the LeBron James pose and wearing the Browns jersey of his close friend Josh Gordon. The caption had a loaded message: "@flashgordonxii I won't take this thing off for a week. You my brother FOR LIFE. JUST WAIT ON THIS COMEBACK!!!! #CaboWabo #JoshAintHere #hiDad #HappyBdayDaveEvans @akarambo_"

The "#hiDad" was likely a shot at his father, who recently told ESPN that his son is a "druggie" who "needs help."

“You kind of see him, you get notice of where he is off social media and that’s a challenge, but we won’t stop," said Vincent. "We’ll continue to keep reaching out, letting Johnny know we love him, we care for him and we’re here when he’s willing and wants and is able to accept assistance, we’ll be there for him.”

Vincent said the Browns staff is also trying to help: “from ownership on down, general manager, head coach, their player engagement director, everyone.”
