The Browns will pass on the starters they will use in pre-season game number four at Chicago's Soldiers Field.
Browns head coach Rob Chudzinski decided that his team is ready to go for the home opener on September 8 against the Miami Dolphins.
It was a change of heart from Tuesday when Chudzinski said he was considering playing his starters for "10 to 12 reps".
Backup quarterback Jason Campbell is expected to start instead of Brandon Weeden. Campbell didn't practice Tuesday because of an unspecified illness, but the team spokesman to the Associated Press the veteran is feeling better. Third-string QB Brian Hoyer is likely to play most of the second half.
Running back Trent Richardson, will sit along with all of Cleveland's offensive linemen except right guard Oneil Cousins. Wide receivers Travis Benjamin and Josh Gordon, who is suspended for the first two regular-season games, will start.
On defense, outside linebacker Quentin Groves and end Billy Winn will start.
Punters Spencer Lanning and Colton Schmidt, awarded to the Browns off waivers from San Francisco, will share duties against the Bears.
So if you are looking to see what players will be the 45th through 53 on the Browns roster than this is your Super Bowl. Otherwise the rest of the world will have to wait for the Dolphins game to see how good the Browns will be in 2013.
